Cancellation, Exchange, Refund & Return Policy
First Health Products Pte. Ltd. takes great pride in the quality and condition of our products and it should reach you in the best possible condition. Any request for cancellation, returns of products, replacement, exchange, online store credit refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis and the decision of First Health Products Pte. Ltd. will be final. Request will be looked into within 7 working days upon receiving your e-mail via customersupport@firsthealth.com.sg.
Ownership Upon Delivery
We ensure that the items are packed and protected from impact during the delivery process. All items dispatched are protected with impact absorbing material. Any damages inflicted/found under your ownership will not qualify for return or refund once the acknowledgment slip is signed.
Receiving Damaged Product
If there is any leak detected upon delivery of your items, please notify us immediately. Do not accept the product and do not sign the consignment note. We will arrange for another delivery to be made.
Returns of products/ Refunds
First Health Products Pte. Ltd. will accept refunds with a valid receipt for 14 days from date of purchase/delivery, whichever is later. Money will be refunded in the form of online store credit which is valid for 1 month. Refund is exclusive of delivery charges. Please note that the normal processing time for refund request is 10 – 14 working days from date of request.
- Product pictures provided on this site are provided to help recognize products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly on the pack you receive.We take reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was inputted onto the system, the information appearing on this Website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order.
- First Health Products Pte. Ltd. shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at customersupport@firsthealth.com.sg or call First Health Products Pte. Ltd. hotline at +65 6542 8993 by the next working day.
- Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
- if any Product have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product is out of date, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, First Health Products Pte. Ltd. shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
- if any Product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer First Health Products Pte. Ltd. shall collect the Product from the Customer.
- if the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, First Health Products Pte. Ltd. shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
- If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, First Health Products Pte. Ltd. shall refund to the Customer the difference.
- All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible.
- Returned item must be in their original purchase condition.
- All packaging of each returned item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
- Returned items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Items that are labelled as “non-returnable” and/or “non-refundable” will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.
Refusing delivery is not a valid mean of return or refund and will not be covered under this Policy. You should accept delivery of the Product and request for refund as above. First Health Products Pte. Ltd. is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us at customersupport@firsthealth.com.sg and we will look into it upon receiving your e-mail within 7 working days.
Online purchases
- If Customer is not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase, they may choose to get refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Simply email to customersupport@firsthealth.com.sg to exchange or return your items. For all exchanges and returns, kindly bring the receipt and the item in its original packaging. Please note that the delivery costs would not be refunded.
- If the item a customer ordered online is no longer available, a member of the First Health Products Pte. Ltd. customer service team will call the Customer to suggest an alternative item or refund for the non-available item.
In-store purchases
The same rules as mentioned above apply.
Variation/Cancellation of order
- The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that First Health Products Pte. Ltd. has commenced processing the order and the Customer will not incur any cost in doing so.
- Subject to the Customer's consent, that First Health Products Pte. Ltd. may substitute a Product for another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable.
- If there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made.
Property risk
All risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer's delivery address but that First Health Products Pte. Ltd. shall retain title in the Products until such time as payment for the Products has been effected.
